Terms of Service
The rules and conditions for using SubmitGrants.com.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SubmitGrants.com and app.submitgrants.com, operated by Conjunction LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Important: SubmitGrants provides AI-assisted grant writing tools. We do not guarantee grant approval, funding, or the accuracy of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing all content before submission.
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to operate a business in the United States.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
2. Subscription Plans and Payment
SubmitGrants offers the following subscription tiers:

- Payments are processed by ThriveCart and Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to their terms.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Annual plans are billed upfront and are non-refundable after 14 days.
- Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use SubmitGrants only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in grant applications.
- Use the Service to apply for grants you are not eligible for.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our AI models, grant database, or proprietary systems.
- Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal use (except as permitted by our API).
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.
- Violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations.
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.
4. AI-Generated Content - Important Disclaimers
- SubmitGrants uses AI to assist in drafting grant applications. All AI-generated content is a draft only.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and submitting any grant application.
- We make no representations that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, compliant with grant requirements, or will result in funding.
- Submitting false or misleading information to grant programs may constitute fraud. You bear full legal responsibility for all submissions.
- AI outputs may contain errors, hallucinations, or outdated information. Always verify facts independently.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Property
The SubmitGrants platform, including its software, design, AI models, grant database curation, and branding, is owned by Conjunction LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of the business information and content you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content to deliver the Service, including sending it to AI providers for generation purposes.
5.3 AI Output Ownership
Grant application drafts generated by our AI using your inputs are provided to you for your use. We do not claim ownership of your final submitted applications.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE GRANT APPROVAL, FUNDING OUTCOMES, OR THE ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT.
- TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONJUNCTION LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
- Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages; in such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Conjunction LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) any grant application you submit; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
9. Termination
- You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
- We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment.
- Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. We may retain your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Omaha, Nebraska, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Conjunction LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
